CURRENT 2026 SUMMER PROGRAMS

We offer a range of programs tailored to meet  individual needs. Our goal is to create a supportive environment where youth can build confidence, develop leadership skills, and gain exposure to experiences they may not otherwise have access.

Many youth—particularly those from underserved communities—lack access to unique experiences that increase their understanding of possibilities for their future. Financial barriers often limit participation in extracurricular programs such as horseback riding and career exploration opportunities.  Without early exposure, students may enter high school and college without clear goals, reduced confidence, and limited awareness of career pathways—especially in fields like animal science, veterinary medicine, and equine therapy.

Gallop & Grow is a nonprofit 5-week leadership enrichment program in Columbus, Ohio designed for black girls in grades 6–9. Through a unique combination of horseback riding, career exploration and guided reflection-based workshops, participants build confidence, courage and connection.
